Dear Friends & Customers,
This week Governor DeWine declared a state of emergency in Ohio in response to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its anticipated impact on our communities. This is an evolving situation, changing hourly, and Revere Roofing Company is taking action to comply with the recommended CDC and Ohio Department of Health Guidelines. https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/covid-19/ As a result Revere Roofing is going to change our policy on interaction with customers and with co-workers. We care about our customers and staff and want to do our part to protect our community during this unfolding pandemic. We know that many of our staff and customers have had their lives disrupted by school closings and we will do our best to support all as we adjust to this temporary “new normal”.
Our Office: Beginning Monday March 16th, all non-essential office staff and personnel will begin to work remotely. Essential staff will work with a commitment to use proper precautions to protect themselves and coworkers by providing proper building and work area sanitization. We normally welcome all customers to stop by our offices at any time; however, we request that, until the State of Ohio lifts the emergency status, there are no in-person visits to our office. While our staff will not be available in person, our ability to serve you will be available through phone and email. Please visit our Revere website to send a direct message to our main email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Sales Staff: Beginning Monday, March 16th, all of our sales staff will begin implementing Social Distancing as a means to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. What does this mean to our customers? Instead of our preferred face-to-face sales with customers, we will rely on phone and email and minimize any direct contact. Our sales staff can still assess & measure roofing and exteriors and provide you with timely estimates. However, our normal face-to-face sales process will NOT be implemented.
Production & Service Staff: Beginning Monday, March 16th, all of our production and service team members will begin implementing Social Distancing as a means to protect our customers and help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Instead of face-to-face contact with our customers, we will instead rely on phone and email communication to minimize any direct contact with our customers. We value your feedback about our production staff, installation process and the outcome of your new roof replacement, however, we believe it is in the best interest of all to minimize all direct contact. Since we are working outside your home, we believe that the risk to our customers is low as long as we abide by the 6 feet distancing recommendation. At this time, we do not see the COVID-19 emergency impacting our production timelines or ability to perform any of our work backlog.
We are all aware that this situation is unprecedented in its nature. We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional roof installations using the best materials available. That commitment will not change as we move forward and we all face the challenges of this emergency. We thank you in advance for your patience as we revise procedures for our sales & production staff with regard to customer safety.
